Pre-Operative Surgery Gudiance

We are thrilled to be a part of your transformative journey! In preparation for your upcoming surgery,
we have some information that will be helpful to you. As you are aware, it’s important to prepare
yourself both physically and mentally. You will find all the necessary information you need prior to
your surgery.

  • Pyjamas - should have buttons and be easy to put on.
  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
  • Bring any medications you are currently taking.
  • If there are any tests that have been requested previously, please bring them.
  • If you wear contact lenses, bring the lens case and solution.
  • Bring comfortable underwear.
  • If needed, bring menstrual pads and tampons.
  • Bring comfortable shoes or slippers

  • Do discontinue the use of your contraceptives (birth control) at least one month prior to your surgery.
  • Do quit all forms of smoking, including vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, shisha, and any othersmokingrelated products at least 15 days before the surgery.
  • Do continue taking medications prescribed by your doctor. Don’t take any supplements without
    consulting with your doctor.
  • Don’t withhold any medical information from your coordinator, regardless of how unimportantit may seem to you.
  • Do remove any piercings, jewelry, and nail extensions before the surgery.
  • Please remove your eyelashes extensions.
  • If you are unable to remove hair extensions, we strongly recommend braiding them.
  • Don’t consume alcohol within 10 days of your surgery.
  • Do perform a pregnancy test before your scheduled appointment if you suspect that you mightbe pregnant.
  • Your ID and passport are the most crucial items to bring with you.
  • You may bring cash in Euros, US dollars, and new British pounds.
  • Please be aware that old currency notes are no longer valid.
  • Remember to bring your most comfortable clothing, such as dressesand front-buttoned shirts, which will allow you to move around with ease.
  • If you are currently taking any prescribed medication, pleaseremember to bring it with you.
  • To avoid cancellations on the day of your surgery, it is recommendedthat you have a CBC (complete blood count) test done prior toyour appointment.
  • Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
  • If you prefer to pay in cash, you can settle the remaining surgery fees at the hospital prior to
    the procedure. Please note that we only accept new Euro, US dollar, and British pound notes.
  • If you choose to pay by card, please be aware that there will be a 7% charge due to differencesin bank and country regulations.
  • For those wishing to pay by bank transfer, we kindly ask that you transfer the amount at least
    10-15 days prior to the surgery date. Please keep in mind that since this is an international
    transaction, it may take up to 15 days for us to confirm your transaction.
  • If you have specific dietary requirements, such as vegan, vegetarian, or kosher, please inform us in
    advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your surgery.
  • The most crucial step is to check your visa status before coming. If you require an invitation letter,we can provide one; however, please note that acceptance of the letter is at the discretion of the
    consulate.
  • It is essential to keep us informed about your health situation regularly. Even if you have minor
    ailments like cold sores, sniffles, or herpes, please let us know in advance. If you fail to notify us, your
    surgery may be cancelled due to issues related to infection or blood levels, and you may incur
    additional expenses.
  • Extra massage services are available at an additional cost of 70€per lymphatic drainage massage.
  • If you require private nurse care service, we can provide it at 150€for 24 hours, or 100€ for half a day (either night or day time only).
  • If you have recently had Covid, please note that you will not be able toattend the surgery until at least one month after testing negative.
  • In case of weight loss or gain, please inform us so that we can conduct a new evaluation with the
    surgeon to avoid any misunderstandings.
  • If you wish to extend your hotel stay, the cost is 190€ per night, while extending your stay at the
    hospital costs 200€.
  • If you require extra transfer services for you or your companion, the cost is 125€ per one-way trip.*For the guests in the same room: 3rd person for an additional fee of €90 per night.
